What makes us different?
We own and manage our own real estate portfolio, which includes single-family homes, multi-family properties, and commercial office space. In 2010, Sharon and LeQuan Hylton (mother and son team) were dismayed by the lack of quality and affordable houses in Richmond, Virginia, and started a real estate hold company called Unified Properties.
They started to buy, renovate, and lease quality and affordable houses in the tri-city area. Later, they would add commercial and multi-family properties to their personal real estate portfolio. By managing rentals for family and others, Sharon’s skills as a Richmond property manager began to gain local attention. Equally, LeQuan’s actions were gaining attention as he was voted as one of Richmond’s 40 under 40 by Style Weekly for his real estate endeavors.
In 2015, they launched Hylton & Company, a real estate and property management company committed to providing the same level of customer services they used to grow and nurture their real estate properties. Through the vision of Unified Properties and with their experience as property managers in Richmond, they pledge that if you entrust them with your property management needs, your trust and confidence will not be misplaced.
